When you book a video appointment with one of our licensed doctors, you can use your insurance or pay out of pocket. Whichever works best for you.

We accept most major U.S. insurance providers, and we’re adding more all the time.

How it Works

1. Start an AI consult to share your symptoms and health concerns.

2. Receive a AI Clinical Summary with potential treatment plans.

3. Select to schedule a doctor's appointment after the AI consult.

4. Choose insurance or self-pay for your visit.

5. Select your preferred appointment time or an ASAP visit (most visits occur in less than 30 minutes).

6. Your AI consultation is securely sent to the doctor for review.

7. You'll receive a text message with a secure link to join your video visit with the doctor.
