How to Get Mounjaro for $25

Mounjaro may cost as little as $25 per prescription fill (1–3 months) for eligible patients enrolled in Eli Lilly’s Mounjaro Savings Card program. This discount applies only to adults with commercial insurance that covers Mounjaro and who are prescribed the medication for its FDA‑approved indication (type 2 diabetes). Prescriptions for weight loss are not eligible. The $25 refers to the patient's copay; the insurance still must cover the cost of the drug. The savings are capped at $150 per month, with an annual cap of $1950. Government insurance programs (Medicare, Medicaid, VA, TRICARE) are not eligible.

Patients whose commercial insurance does not cover Mounjaro may pay as low as $499 for a one‑month supply under a separate tier of the program.
