1. Sponsor
The giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Doctronic Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 170 W 73rd St, Apt 5A, New York, NY, USA 10023.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate families or household members are not eligible to enter or win.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on June 23, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on July 08, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
Online Method:
You may enter once per platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X), for a total of up to four (4) entries. To enter on each platform:
a. Like the official giveaway post on that platform;
b. Follow @Doctronic on the platform; and
c. Tag two (2) friends in the comments and share why you like Doctronic.
Each platform entry must be unique. Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries may result in disqualification.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive $100, delivered via bank transfer. The prize:
Is redeemable only as a cash payment
May be used for Doctronic cash visits only
Cannot be used for insurance-covered visits, co-pays, deductibles, or reimbursable services
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100.00
No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion in the case of unavailability.
6. Winner Selection and Announcement
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries (including entries from all platforms and mail-in) and publicly announced on July 3, 2025, on Doctronic’s official accounts. The winner will also be notified via direct message or email and must respond within 48 hours to confirm eligibility and accept the prize. If the winner fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry (including social handle or submitted content) for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Privacy and CCPA Compliance
Personal information collected will be used solely for Sweepstakes administration and prize delivery. Sponsor does not sell personal information. Data may be shared with third-party vendors only as necessary to operate the Sweepstakes.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation or use of the prize.
